The deadlines set out below are applicable, except in the case of constraints imposed by the country’s regulations.
Forever offers a thirty (30) satisfaction guarantee days on its products, from the date of purchase. This warranty only applies to permanent products, excluding all promotions, documentation, materials various.
Customers: Customers benefit from a “Satisfied or Reimbursed ”thirty (30) days.
Repeated returns of products by the same people will be refused.
Forever.mu has the obligation to reimburse the end customer within eight (8) days after following the customer’s request. Forever will replace the product used by the dissatisfied customer by returning the same product.
The client must provide Forever.mu with the sales invoice, the delivery note, and the return slip, within five (5) days following the date of the customer’s written complaint.
